1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BeInfinitum ("Infi") services, including the Pulse platform, APIs, SDKs, and any related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Services
BeInfinitum provides payment infrastructure, usage-based billing (metering), embedded checkout, AI integration, webhooks, marketplace, and distribution tools for digital products. Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials, including API keys. You agree to immediately notify BeInfinitum of any unauthorized use of your account. BeInfinitum shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments and Transactions
BeInfinitum processes payments via PIX and other digital payment methods. Payments received are processed and made available in your account according to the chosen method. BeInfinitum is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations after processing is completed. All transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed.
5. Fees
Transaction fees are charged according to your selected plan and are described on the pricing page. BeInfinitum reserves the right to change fees with 30 days prior notice. Fees are automatically deducted from the transaction amount before deposit to your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, SDKs, and documentation of BeInfinitum are the exclusive property of BeInfinitum. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use our SDKs and APIs as described in the documentation. You retain ownership of all content and products you create and distribute through our platform.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the services for: illegal or fraudulent activities; money laundering or financing of illicit activities; sale of products or services prohibited by law; infringement of third-party intellectual property rights; sending spam, malware, or malicious content; attempts to compromise platform security; unauthorized resale of services.
8. Termination
BeInfinitum may suspend or terminate your account at any time in case of violation of these terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any pending balances will be processed according to current timelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
BeInfinitum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sao Paulo, SP, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
BeInfinitum reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through the platform with at least 30 days prior notice. Continued use of the services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
