BeInfinitum ("Infi") values the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform, including Pulse, APIs, SDKs, and related services.

We collect: registration information (name, email, hashed password); financial information (account details, transaction history); usage data (API logs, metering events, payment metadata); technical information (IP address, browser type, operating system); cookies and session identifiers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: provide and maintain our services; process payments and transactions; send communications about your account; detect and prevent fraud; improve user experience; comply with legal obligations; generate aggregated and anonymized analytics.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: payment service providers necessary to complete transactions; service providers that assist us in operating the platform; legal authorities when required by law or court order.
