Does Infi post or send messages on its own?

No. Nothing goes out automatically. Infi generates posts, DMs, emails, and partnership outreach — always as drafts. You read, tweak if you want, and publish or send yourself on the native channel. Every send stays under your control.

Where does competitor data come from?

Public sources only — posts anyone can see on Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok; ads the platform exposes in Ad Library; public reviews; mentions in open forums. We have no access to anything private and we do not scrape closed platforms inappropriately.

Which social network does Infi create content for? I have a B2B audience, does it work?

It works. At onboarding we ask who your ideal customer is and decide together where it makes the most sense to show up. B2B tends to ask for LinkedIn and email. B2C tends to ask for Reels, Instagram, and TikTok. You can prioritize channels or let Infi suggest based on what it observes from competitors.

How does lead collection work?

Infi tracks public signals: people complaining about competitors, asking for referrals, posting with a buying trigger relevant to your business. Each lead is filtered by your ICP (which you describe at onboarding) and enriched with context — who they are, what they said, the best channel to reach them. You get the list, not the person: contact and sending stay under your control.

Won't this feel like a robot talking to my customer?

That's the first thing we worry about. Infi learns your brand tone from your real writing — it does not generate from scratch. Since nothing goes out without your approval, you always have the last word. In the first weeks, our team operates alongside you to refine that tone.

Do I need a team to run this?
